Your local Fireside Gathering Tavern is more than a place to have fun and play Hearthstone with new friends, it’s also the only way you can experience a Fireside Brawl!

Fireside Brawls are special Tavern Brawls that you can experience at Fireside Gathering Taverns! Each month there will be a different Fireside Brawl to try. And since you’re often sitting right next to the player you’re Brawling with, Fireside Brawls promise to be a unique and unforgettable way to play Hearthstone.

November's Brawl is A Spirited Competition!

Our next Fireside Brawl takes full advantage of Fireside Gatherings by tracking victories within the Tavern, offering interesting buffs to a player’s deck, and boosting the power of those that may be the underdog of a match!

The Rules

A rallying cry echoes through the Tavern, bolstering the power of your deck! At the start of each match, players get to choose a buff that lasts for the duration of the game. From reducing the cost of your Hero Power, reducing the cost of your spells, or giving your minions a +1 Attack boost, you choose what incredible power you’d like to bestow upon your deck.

Have less wins than your opponent? Your desire for victory rings louder than any bell! You get to choose a Greater power to strengthen your deck instead!

At the end of a match, you’ll have a scoreboard showing your total wins, wins as the favored opponent, and wins you have as the underdog.

Innkeeper Tips for A Spirited Competition

• Encourage your Patrons to battle new opponents every time!
• Victory stacking up too high in your Tavern? You can reset the number of wins at any time to level the field of battle.
• Have some prizes to distribute? Give prizes to your most victorious patrons, or even most underdog wins!

This Fireside Brawl lasts a month and starts alongside Update 9.4. You can only experience A Spirited Competition during the month of November at an official Fireside Gathering Tavern! 

Dress Up Your Gathering for Fireside Brawls

Fireside Brawls are a perfect reason to host a monthly Fireside Gathering or three! We’ve whipped up some materials that can add some pizzazz to your events; ‘quest logs’ you can use to give your guests goals to shoot for, round robin tournament sheets, and even Fireside Gathering bingo anyone can play.

Some of these sheets are blank, so you can add your own text to personalize them for your gathering!
