It’s time to test your Hearthstone™ knowledge! Today, we’re going to show you a couple of screenshots of games currently in progress. It’s down to the wire, and a win is imminent. The players in each of these images can win in the current turn, and it’s your job to figure out how exactly to pull it off. Think you can solve these Hearthstone puzzles?

In our first puzzle, you’re playing as Anduin Wrynn, the Priest. Your opponent is the beautiful and deadly Valeera Sanguinar, the Rogue. Valeera is sitting pretty at 27 Health and already congratulating herself on an easy victory. She has a Pint-Sized Summoner on the board, along with a Stormwind Champion and a Spellbreaker, which is currently 5/2.

You have a Lightspawn in play, which is currently 4/4, and 10 Mana at your disposal. Looking at the wealth of cards in your hand (2x Divine Spirit, Stormwind Champion, Novice Engineer, Inner Fire, Power Word: Shield, 2x Mass Dispel, Shieldbearer, and Lightwell), you’re sure you can pull off a victory this turn. How can Anduin Wrynn become Anduin “Win”?

Too easy? Try this next one on for size!

In our second puzzle, you’re once again playing as Anduin Wrynn. Your opponent is playing Gul’dan, the Warlock, and has a Cult Master, Summoning Portal, Blood Imp, Priestess of Elune, and Spellbreaker in play and is sitting at 15 Health.

You are currently in Shadowform and have the following cards in your hand: Auchenai Soulpriest, Inner Fire, Mind Control, Fen Creeper, and Greater Heal. You also have 10 Mana at your disposal. What do you have to do to take Gul’dan out this round?

Disclaimer: Playing as Anduin Wrynn does not guarantee any sort of increased victory chance in games simply because his name rhymes with “win.” There are many words that rhyme with win that will not have an effect on your gameplay, such as skin, fin, and shin—although we do suggest having skin at all times, as it keeps vital organs from hampering your gameplay experience.
