The Hearthstone World Championship is coming to BlizzCon 2014, and there’s no better opportunity to host a Fireside Gathering, invite your friends, and watch every thrilling moment! Even better, as a Tavern Host, you could get your hands on a BlizzCon Viewing Party ULTIMATE SUPPORT PACK (please read that in a really deep, echoing voice)!
Each ULTIMATE SUPPORT PACK will include:
- 2 Hearthstone Pillows
- 1 Hearthstone Coaster Set
- 1 Hearthstone Swirl Mug
- 3 Hearthstone Screen Cleaners
So who’s eligible? Everyone who wants to run a Fireside Gathering could be chosen to get a box, but if you’ve organized an event before, you’re in luck!
Experienced Tavern Hosts
If you’ve ever hosted a Fireside Gathering in the past, we want to help make your BlizzCon Viewing Party a success! Send us information about your BlizzCon event plans along with a photo from a past Fireside Gathering you've hosted and you're in! We’ll send an ULTIMATE SUPPORT PACK to the first 125 Tavern Hosts who apply.*
TeSPA Chapters
If you belong to a TeSPA chapter, then your chapter is guaranteed a box of delightful Hearthstone stuff for your college campus BlizzCon Viewing Party! Start by submitting your event details via email here.
New Tavern Hosts
If you've never hosted a Fireside Gathering before, then BlizzCon is the perfect time to start! Tell us about your plans to host a BlizzCon Viewing Party on November 7 or 8 (or both) by submitting your event details via email for a chance to win. Then we'll select 75 entrants to receive an ULTIMATE SUPPORT PACK!
If you’re a new Tavern Host:
- Get your friends together and plan a Fireside Gathering.
- Submit your event details via email by 11:59 p.m. on October 5.
- We’ll contact those who are selected.
- Host your Event.
- Let us know how it went!
How to Submit
Submission is easy! Just send an email including all of the following information to FiresideGatherings@blizzard.com:

- Who is the event designed for?
- Are you offering prizes and awards? If so, what?
